Det g\u00f6r mig nyfiken p\u00e5 vilken teknik det egentligen \u00e4r som anv\u00e4nds. Enkelt f\u00f6rklarat kan man s\u00e4ga att h\u00f6g sk. r\u00f6rstr\u00f6m (energin i r\u00f6ntgenstr\u00e5len) minskar kontrasten i bilden och visar &#8221;mjukdelar&#8221; b\u00e4ttre. L\u00e5g r\u00f6rstr\u00f6m \u00f6kar kontrasten i bilden vilket \u00e4r l\u00e4mpligt f\u00f6r avbildning av skelettet. Beroende p\u00e5 vad som ska framtr\u00e4da b\u00e4st p\u00e5 r\u00f6ntgenbilden s\u00e5 st\u00e4ller man in hur &#8221;kraftig&#8221; r\u00f6ntgenstr\u00e5len (r\u00f6rstr\u00f6mmen) ska vara.<\/p>\n<p>Oavsett vad man r\u00f6ntgar med konventionell r\u00f6ntgteknik s\u00e5 kommer skelettet med p\u00e5 bild. Vid lungr\u00f6ntgen, med h\u00f6g r\u00f6rstr\u00f6m,\u00a0framtr\u00e4der lungv\u00e4vnaden och blodk\u00e4rlen bra medan skelettet blir mer diffust. Dock ses revben, rygg, etc. s\u00e5 pass bra att man \u00e4ven kan st\u00e4lla en enklare diagnos\u00a0 p\u00e5 dessa, t.ex. revbensfrakturer, om \u00e4ven s\u00e5dant ses p\u00e5 bilden.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 det kan tyckas finnas mer skelett p\u00e5\u00a0r\u00f6ntgenbilden \u00e4n lunga men exponeringen <em>\u00e4r<\/em> optimerad f\u00f6r\u00a0lungv\u00e4vnaden vid lungr\u00f6ntgen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0px;\" title=\"Svarat av\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rontgen.com\/wp-doctor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/icon_mini_profile.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"12\" height=\"13\" \/>\u00a0K.T. rtgssk<br \/>\nR\u00f6ntgenavdelningen Helsingborgs lasarett<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Jag har idag varit p\u00e5 lungr\u00f6ntgenunders\u00f6kning.
