Vissa modeller p\u00e5 justerbara shuntar <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(Codman-Hakin shunt)<\/span> m\u00e5ste kontrolleras efter en MR-unders\u00f6kning d\u00e4r magnetf\u00e4ltet kan p\u00e5verka inst\u00e4llningen av ventilen i hj\u00e4rnans ventrikel f\u00f6r hur stor m\u00e4ngden likvor som ska dr\u00e4neras fr\u00e5n hj\u00e4rnans ventriklar till bukh\u00e5lan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Akuta<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vid de flest indikationer f\u00f6r en bukunders\u00f6kning g\u00f6rs idag generellt en unders\u00f6kning med [<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><a style=\"color: #008080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rontgen.com\/metod\/undersokningar\/ct-buk\/\">datortomografi<\/a><\/span>] <span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(l\u00e4nk)<\/span>. Man g\u00f6r d\u00e5 en sk. &#8221;<span style=\"color: #008080;\">l\u00e5g-dos CT<\/span>&#8221; som mycket v\u00e4l r\u00e4cker till f\u00f6r de flesta fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar. Str\u00e5ldosen \u00e4r d\u00e5 l\u00e4gre \u00e4n f\u00f6r en &#8221;normal&#8221; CT-unders\u00f6kning av buken som ger en h\u00f6gre r\u00f6ntgenbestr\u00e5lning.<br \/>\nUppf\u00f6ljning efter en inledande CT-unders\u00f6kning kan bli bildtagning med konventionell r\u00f6ntgen av buken. Det kan g\u00e4lla vid <span style=\"color: #008080;\">ileus<\/span> d\u00e4r man d\u00e5 \u00f6ver tid f\u00f6ljer passage av given kontrast genom tarmarna sk. <span style=\"color: #008080;\">passager\u00f6ntgen<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Patologi<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarmvred<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den mest f\u00f6rekommande indikationen f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en <span style=\"color: #008080;\">buk\u00f6versikt<\/span>\u00a0\u00e4r misstanke p\u00e5 [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rontgen.com\/metod\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/konv_bukovs_ileus_1.jpg\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">ileus<\/span><\/a>]<sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"4\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"000000001010e7cb0000000022311540_5166\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-000000001010e7cb0000000022311540_5166-4\">4<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-000000001010e7cb0000000022311540_5166-4\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"4\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Allm\u00e4nt kallad tarmvred vilket betyder att tarmenpassagen av n\u00e5gon anledning \u00e4r upph\u00e4vd. Det kan r\u00f6ra sig om mekaniskt ileus, ileus efter operation, inkl\u00e4md br\u00e5ckileus, tunntarmsvolvulus eller invagination som \u00e4r vanligast hos barn.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">(bild)<\/span>\u00a0eller\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008080;\">fri gas<\/span><sup class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote \" data-mfn=\"5\" data-mfn-post-scope=\"000000001010e7cb0000000022311540_5166\"><a href=\"javascript:void(0)\"  role=\"button\" aria-pressed=\"false\" aria-describedby=\"mfn-content-000000001010e7cb0000000022311540_5166-5\">5<\/a><\/sup><span id=\"mfn-content-000000001010e7cb0000000022311540_5166-5\" role=\"tooltip\" class=\"modern-footnotes-footnote__note\" tabindex=\"0\" data-mfn=\"5\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Luft i fri bukh\u00e5la uppkommer om det g\u00e5r h\u00e5l p\u00e5 n\u00e5got tarmsegment (tarmperforation). Orsaken kan vara inflammation, tum\u00f6r, mekaniskt, divertikulit, mm. Vid detta tillst\u00e5nd l\u00e4cker \u00e4ven tarminneh\u00e5ll ut i bukh\u00e5lan som orsakar bukhinneinflammation. Behandlingen \u00e4r oftast kirurgiskt d\u00e5 h\u00e5let tillsluts.<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volvulus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Volvulus<\/span> \u00e4r ett tillst\u00e5nd d\u00e4r tjocktarmen, mestadels inom de distala delarna men \u00e4ven inom tunntarmen, vridit sig s\u00e5 ett mekaniskt stopp uppst\u00e5r f\u00f6r passage av s\u00e5v\u00e4l tarminneh\u00e5ll och luft. Orsak till detta fenomen \u00e4r ok\u00e4nt men drabbar mest \u00e4ldre och kan ev.bero p\u00e5 att individen har en l\u00e5ng tjocktarm. Denna vridning av tjocktarmens distala del brukar behandlas i samband med r\u00f6ntgenunders\u00f6kning eller vid rektoskopi. I samband med att kontrastslangen vid r\u00f6ntgen eller rektoskopet passerar den vridna tarmsegmentet brukar denna l\u00e4gga sig normalt igen.
